Welcome to Reinvent RMC. Our Terms and Conditions apply when you engage with our services, visit our website, or communicate with us. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Reinvent RMC provides professional ready-mix concrete supply and related services including batching, delivery, pumping, and on-site assistance. All services are provided as per the scope agreed upon in the quotation or work order.
2. Quotation and Payment
- All quotations issued by Reinvent RMC are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including advance and balance settlement, will be mentioned in the quotation or service agreement.
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other methods approved by Reinvent RMC.
- Work will commence only after the agreed advance payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details including location, mix requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Ensuring proper site access for concrete trucks and equipment.
- Confirm mix designs, quantities, and timelines before dispatch.
4. Delivery and Timelines
- Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on factors such as traffic, site accessibility, weather, and batching plant availability.
- Reinvent RMC will make every effort to deliver on time but will not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
5. Changes and Modifications
- Any changes to mix design, quantity, or delivery schedule must be communicated in writing.
- Additional costs may apply for rescheduling, cancellation, or modifications made after batching.
6. Quality Assurance
- Reinvent RMC ensures that all concrete mixes are produced under strict quality control and as per IS standards.
- Once delivered, handling and curing of concrete become the client’s responsibility.
- Reinvent RMC is not responsible for defects arising from improper site practices or delays in placement.
7. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the batching, transportation, or other incurred costs.
- Orders canceled after batching will be charged in full.
8. Liability
- Reinvent RMC will provide services with due care and professionalism.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including site delays, structural defects, or loss of profit.
- The client must ensure a safe and accessible environment for delivery and unloading.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, including project details and mix data, will be kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from services provided by Reinvent RMC will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
